At Fream we are looking for a junior marketing specialist. We don’t necessarily need you to have previous experience, but we would like you to be familiar with SEO, SEM practices and social media management. You are free to work part-time (1/2; 3/4) or full-time. We are big supporters of flexibility, but we would expect you to come to the office once in a while – especially in the beginning.

On the one hand, we create custom software for clients in Real Estate, Industry 4.0 and Innovations all around the world , but on the other we have our own digital Product, so both B2B and B2C models are relevant. For this position we need someone who excels in communication and writing, who is proactive and takes initiative.

Location: Wrocław /Partly – Remote

  • ✅You fit perfectly if you:
      • Speak Polish fluently 
      • Have advanced command of English (at least C1) 
      • Boast great copywriting skills both in English and Polish – you can write long, engaging texts on various topics with ease.
      • Possess great time-management and organizational skills – you are capable of controlling deadlines and completing tasks in a timely fashion. You can set realistic priorities and execute them. You are persistent in achieving goals. 
      • Have highly developed communication skills – you effectively communicate in an open and honest fashion, you are ready to provide effective and respectful feedback.
      • Are familiar with SEO and SEM basics.
      • Are no stranger to social media management and grasp what’s trending at the moment. 
      • Feel confident in analytical tasks.
  • 🔥 Nice to have:
      • Completed or ongoing studies, courses related to marketing, branding or communication
      • Previous experience in online marketing.
      • Interest in Innovation and Technology.
  • 💻 Daily tasks: 
      • Planning and executing social media content in compliance with our business goals and values.
      • Overseeing online traffic on different platforms, creating reports and sharing insights with the team.
      • Managing the website’s contents.
      • Scheming and realizing e-mail marketing campaigns directed at a selected target audience.
      • Writing and co-writing blog articles on various subjects (inbound marketing).
      • Preparing and launching online campaigns.
      • Supporting the Sales team in preparation for trade fairs and meetings with clients. Assistance in ideating the best approach and creation of presentation or other visual materials in cooperation with our graphics and ux designers.
      • Contacting clients and partners – realizing joint campaigns, obtaining reviews and maintaining friendly relationships.
      • Cooperating with Sales, Project Managers and HR in order to capture what’s worth sharing 🙂
