At Fream, we are looking for a Sales Specialist to take care of our customers, generate leads and optimize funnel sales. If you have some experience in sales within IT market and fit the criteria below, then apply straightaway 😊

Your tasks:

  • Overseeing business development and acquiring new clients on Polish and foreign markets.
  • Creating and executing sales strategy in a B2B model.
  • Building and optimizing sales funnel.
  • Lead generation – i.e. realizing cold-calling and cold-emailing campaigns, obtaining warm leads, multichannel approach.
  • Representing Fream at business meetings in Poland and worldwide.
  • Direct contact with business clients throughout the sales process (reaching out, identifying clients’ needs, issuing proposals, negotiating, maintaining high-quality contact).
  • Cooperation with different departments on establishing coherent business development strategy (marketing, design, development teams).


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the IT market (preferably B2B), during which you’ve already been creating sales strategies, generating leads and optimizing the sales funnel. 
  • Knowledge of IT market characteristics – you are familiar with IT clusters, trends and demands within the IT sectors, you know where to find clients searching for technological solutions.
  • Advanced command of English (written and spoken).
  • Fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
  • Great time-management and organizational skills – you are capable of controlling deadlines and completing tasks in a timely fashion. You can set realistic priorities and execute them. You are persistent in achieving goals. 
  • Analytical skills – you collect and analyze data from different sources, you verify the credibility of information before passing it on, business betterment and growth are important to you.
  • Highly developed communication skills – you establish new business relationships with ease and cultivate the long-term ones, you effectively communicate in an open and honest fashion.
  • You are an engaged team player.

What happens after you apply – the recruitment process:
